Trying to distill down goals/wants/needs into something reasonably coherent to myself -- much less anyone else -- has been a challenge. For some reason lately I've been flipping rapidly between being incredibly motivated and getting stuff done and barely able to get myself out of bed. I'll blog my own similar list shortly. If the current state of things is any indication, 2010 is going to be an incredibly interesting year. :-) P.S. Yes, you do need to be kinder to yourself. You're an amazing person.
