  All the Necessary Qualifications

  My qualifications are largely based on “goofing off on the internet.” What I quickly realized is, there’s “goofing off,” and there’s “self-led professional development.” Aside from being more profitable, I always found the latter more fun, really.

  The best laid plans of kats and men.

  Plans are great. But plans aren’t fixed blueprints of how your life will go. They’re more like hypotheses of what direction your life could go in. If you find that a hypothesis doesn’t hold water, you need to be willing to let it go.
